My story....

My name is Jen Slater.   I am a fully qualified Pilates instructor who is passionate about helping people realise their fitness and health goals.  I have always been very active however it was when I started Pilates that I realised this would be my future career path.    My special interest is helping people who are approaching middle age to embrace exercise and develop healthy exercise habits that will benefit them in later years, in a supportive and encouraging environment.
