My story....
My name is Jen Slater. I am a fully qualified Pilates instructor who is passionate about helping people realise their fitness and health goals. I have always been very active however it was when I started Pilates that I realised this would be my future career path. My special interest is helping people who are approaching middle age to embrace exercise and develop healthy exercise habits that will benefit them in later years, in a supportive and encouraging environment.
I am an Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute accredited Pilates Instructor.

Jen is an extraordinary Pilates instructor. She is constantly watching to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and that really makes all the difference. She works us very hard for every session, always upping the ante, so that we feel really challenged. I can’t believe the improvements I have seen in my posture, flexibility and figure in the last three months. I love Jen’s Pilates class and would highly recommend you try it!!!

Jen's pilates classes are amazing! After six months I am stronger, more flexible and more toned. Thanks to Jen I have discovered muscles I never knew were there. Jen's classes are challenging but she makes sure we are doing the exercises correctly so we get the most benefit without injury. Best of all Jen brings so much joy to the class that we all have a lot of fun!
